I just realized that I haven't mentioned Replicator yet.

They're my new favorite local band, because, quite bluntly, they fucking rock.

Last night we caught them @ Edinburgh Castle, and the show was really a mess. Missed cues, cord trippage, and lost glasses aside, they still rocked the house, and they managed to be funny and charming while doing so. I ignored their repeated pleas about wearing earplugs ("Hearing loss is permanent. That means your hearing doesn't come back!") and today my entire head is ringing.
